Economic Forecasting that has impact on cars

This article from the WSJ has (among other impact…) a big bearing on cars.  In our business, we truck a lot of cars around the nation.  We’ve seen trucking fees skyrocket due to high diesel costs. And, the “summer driving season” is coming up, and we’ve asked ourselves, “is this just temporary, or will things calm down going forward?”

Well, some answers to that question are below…and it looks like at least a majority of economists polled say that there are some fundamentals at work that are conspiring to make these spikes in energy, and food, permanent.  Read on:
